WP 1 - Establishing priority areas for INTRECs at national level in seven INDEPTH WHO-SAGE countries
Objectives
- To establish the key research issues regarding social determinants of health that may be relevant in each of the seven INDEPTH WHO-SAGE countries
- To establish where policy changes regarding social determinants of health may be needed, as well as when relevant policy reviews may be expected to which INTREC could contribute
- To conduct an assessment of training needs for research on adult health and social determinants in each of the seven INDEPTH WHO-SAGE countries
- To lay the foundation for ensuring the long-term sustainability of the INTREC by raising awareness among key national-level stakeholders
